Sr. MEP Engineer

• Planning, Execution & commissioning of MEP Works by enhancing the capacity and productivity of the project, developing the control budget and cost estimate for the project. 
• Developing project schedules, assisting design team, distribution system & layout of various MEP equipment to be commissioned in the project. 
• Conceptualizing detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached. 
• Liaising with clients for approvals, inspections, dispatches, execution of projects & providing guidance to the team 
• Minimizing the operational hazards and performance bottlenecks for high productivity and optimization men, material and machines 
• Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget 
• Determining the future inventory needs and production capacity timely completion of project as per pre- defined standards and within financial costs 
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site 
• Monitoring progress, critical path, data collection and analysis to detect early warning signals for delay and suggesting remedial actions, update networks as well as use crashing techniques by optimizing manpower and resources. 
• Project deliverables –driving work progress & obtaining statutory approvals from authority viz .Fire Scheme, Electrical License, PESO, Fire Noc etc

Qualification:-

• Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTech Hons)
