Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Build and maintain regular output and distribution of reports on key performance measures, metrics and KPIs.
  • Interpret and present key findings from analytics in a concise and structured manner.
  • Support the processes of data validations, to ensure data pulled from various sources meets quality standards, for required analytics and reporting.
  • Support the build and maintenance of automated reporting and analysis.
  • Support the build and maintenance of data visualizations to allow business users to access key analytics.

Qualifications/ Requirements:-

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS (Management Information Systems) preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of tools required:
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, in a corporate environment, to create reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server to be able to use relational databases and OLAP cubes.
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence systems required:
    • Experience with using data warehouses, data marts highly desirable.
    • Experience with using multi-dimensional cube highly desirable.
  • Strong T-SQL skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with business analysis.
  • Working experience with SAP BW, CRM (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
