Job Description

To help End customers accelerate their journey of Digitalization of Electrical Distribution System through combined value proposition of One SE Connect offers with Edge Control, App, Analytics and Services layers. To populate and saturate Go To Market through Critical Power EcoXpert Channel and Direct Execution mode. The role shall report to the Digital Power Solutions Leader for PQ equipment & EcoStruxure Power Leader at India

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development for EcoStruxure Power encompassing Edge Control & AI layers (Power Monitoring Expert, Power Operations, Facility Expert, Power Advisor, PowerTag & Gateways) Offers
  • Drive Profitable growth for Digital Power Organization through efficient and optimized offers for EcoStruxure Power
  • Connect with End Users & Consultants for Greenfield & Brownfield Projects. Develop Awareness, Demand and Preference for Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Power Solutions
  • Convert Opportunities into Orders Won through regular connect with Customers. Organize Launch Events, Seminars, Webinars and other marcom activities for increasing awareness for SE Offers
  • Ensure Quality of Offer in line with customer requirement through detailed study of Tender Documents & RFQ
  • Regular Won/Loss/ Open analysis of Quoted offers along with National Sales/ Tech Marketing & Segments team & analyze Root Cause
  • Provide feedback to Country Offer Marketing, Line of Business Product Management and CoE Expert teams on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering
  • Track the pipeline of opportunities to support and ensures proper customer project process is followed
  • Organize Trainings for National Sales/ Tech Marketing/ EcoXperts
Qualifications:-

Requirements:-

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics & Communications engg
  • Proven Tendering/ Pre-Sales or Business development or Product Marketing experience of more than 2-3 years preferably with a knowledge of Connected offer and Edge Control layer
  • Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system
  • Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage
  • Digital Mindset with Passion for driving Digitalization of Electrical System
  • Role may call for 60-70% travel in a month within North Region at India
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organisation
  • Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local & Global teams
  • Experience of sales management tools and processes are an asset
  • Fluent in English
