Job Description

  • Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns
  • Represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity
  • Influence the decision process of their Areas  to always take into account the voice of the customers
  • Animate Root Cause Analysis network, Corrective & Preventive Action (8D methodology) Program & related processes
  • Drive Quality Excellence in manfuacturing, Lead manufacturing Quality Process robustness program
  • Contribute to the Industry 4.0 & Digitization initiatives implementation
  • Run the Product Return Management (Analysis and Expertise Center if any)
  • Define and implament manufacturing Quality Assurance Plan, Audit program and Asset management (Measuring & Test Equipment)
  • Implement the Schneider quality policy, define CS&Q roles, targets and objectives within the entity
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals by defining &  implementing action plan for key metrics on Customer Satisfaction (CNPS& NSS), Defect PPM, TAT for Customer Requests  & Complaints.
  • Drive & support the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement in respective production sectors.
  • Optimize all Non Quality Costs and drive improvement actions
  • Manage the Quality Management System of the entity
  • Identify & capitalize on best practices in quality
  • Lead and Support Manufacturing Quality operation team – Managers & Technicians.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • Bachelor in Electical & Electronics Engineering
  • 15 years of experience in Quality Management of Electrical offers /Solution – Preferably Power Meters / Energy Meters, Low Voltage products/ Measuring instruments. Of Which 10 years must in manufacturing Quality domain.
  • Should possses Management Systems Auditor & SIx sigma green belt/Black belt certification
