Job Description

The candidate must have high level knowledge on technical services solutions, (modernization & up-gradation), consultative selling in various market segments. Experience in Sales / Business Development for equipment or Solution for Medium Voltage, Low Voltage in process & power will be preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy.
  • Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly.
  • Support sales team across country, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
  • Selection the type of solution offer to be proposed based on business nature of customer on specific segment approach. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
  • Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
  • All tracking opportunities through bFO
  • The position will lead the digital transformation for all solution business.

Education and Skills:-

  • Min 10-12 years work experience, as explained above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Matrix management and collaboration skills
  • Capabilities to influence, convince inside/outside
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.
