Sr. Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare an Annual Maintenance plan for each Agreement in the assigned area
• Update technical upgrades and changes in work cards, spare parts lists, and maintenance schedules in the Centralized Maintenance Management System server
• Planning the resources for execution of work orders, maintaining communication with customers, all service processes, external providers, and other departments
• Plan scheduled and unscheduled overhauls
• Follow-up executed and/or postponed maintenance tasks
• Support in Preparing maintenance budgets for the annual contract budget preparation
• Support sales in preparing proposals during renewals or new sales
• Inventory management when applicable
• Assist training in maintenance planning in the Centralized Maintenance Management System
• Support the agreement managers in the area in maintenance-related issues and inventory management
• Create and maintain good relationships with other stakeholders in the Wartsila organization.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering OR Marine Engineer
• Experience: 5 Years experience in 4-stroke Reciprocating Engine Maintenance.
• Hands-on Experience in IBM Maximo will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP and CRM
• Language Speaking Skills: Good English-speaking skills
