Sr. Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Head

Responsibilities:-

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of module manufacturing line (2GW capacity, Jinchen Auto Layup and ATW Stringer).
• Installation & Commissioning of ATW and Jinchen 2GW moduleline.
• Conversion from 10BB Mono PERC Bifacial to 16BB M10 TopconBifacial in Stringer Auto Layup machine.
• Upgraded solar module production line (G2 → G3) for higher capacity modules.
• Exposure to solar module manufacturing or PV-grade manufacturing processes and facility readiness for high-tech equipment installation
• Daily breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA,CAPA).
• SAP-based preventive maintenance, spares management, and downtime reporting
• Daily review and generate downtime report cause by equipment failure and support root cause analysis ensuring all action items are closed.
• Planning & scheduling of maintenance activities. Maintaining all the records in SAP (Breakdown,
• Preventive maintenance, Modification, General Maintenance activity, availability and consumption of spare.
• Mentored team members to enhance professional development and accountability in workplace.

Skills:-

• Maintenance documentation, spare management, SAP Breakdowns analysis, Kaizen, Predictive Manufacturing/Operation & Maintenance with growth oriented organization & to become a committed professional, learn quickly and to serve the organization with dedication and hard work and to grow with organization Maintenance Robot, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).

Safety And Quality:

• Promote near Miss Reporting.
• Facilitate QC Circle in Department

Qualifications and Experience:-

•  Past experience in Solar Panel Industry. Ability to handle various situations.
• Any Graduate/post-graduate can apply for the post.

Key Skills:-

• In-depth knowledge of solar panels and their technical specifications
• Must have Solar PV Commercial awareness
