Sr. General Manager – RE Projects (Solar & Wind)

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong techno-commercial background and leadership capabilities to head our Renewable Energy Projects division. This strategic role reports directly to senior management and involves complete responsibility for project planning, execution, and performance monitoring across both solar and wind verticals.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the RE projects portfolio with end-to-end ownership
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the RE space
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and budget control
• Oversee regulatory compliance, including open access and power trading mechanism

Eligibility:-

• B.Tech in Electrical; MBA desirable
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in senior roles within the renewable energy sector
• In-depth understanding of plant infrastructure, utilities, and performance optimization/opportunities for expansion.
• Expertise in managing RE projects and team leadership
