Sr. Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering

• To design, develop, test and coordinate the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment & SPM’s for process automations. Support PLC programing & micrologic based machines for troubleshooting & upgradation. To bring latest technology / recent developments in process automations
• Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned engineering work for projects as assigned.
• Leads the project team to move forward to accomplish the global / local project.
• Prepares the project plan/concept drawing and budget requirements for each of the project. Identifies the machine suppliers for concept discussion and finalization.
• Undertakes and accomplishes plant re-layout and new facility setup projects.
• Coordinates with NPD department for project execution and Green Card Trials.
• Conduct periodic review of Projects & predict CPM of the project task. Carries out machine inspections and tryouts at supplier end. Coordinates with quality department for quality check during new equipment tryouts.
• Supports to the process improvement function for any kind of improvements. Coordinates with safety department on implementing safety programs.
• Erects and commissions machines and validates the machine against expected quality level. Support PLC programing & micrologic based machines for troubleshooting & upgradation

Qualification And Experience:-

• BE/BTech (Electrical & Electronics)>10yrs or DECE/DEEE (15 years)
• 8~10 years and above in Manufacturing Engineering, New line installation
• Lean flow manufacturing process, Automations & SPM design expertise, PLC & SCADA Programming, Electrical & Electronic Test Equipment design & troubleshooting, Design Software (Solidworks/ACAD)
• Presenting Skills, Good interpersonal skills, planning and analytical ability and man management skills, Good communicator of both written and verbal information
• C/B License (Electrical) preferred.
