Job Description


  • Plan, Organize and direct completion of global Procurement specific projects and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Communicate results along with business impacts of insight initiatives
  • Conceptualize/Analyse Procurement KPIs, recommend actionable insights to the leadership teams for process improvements
  • Keep in sync with the key market trends in key performance indicators and suggest/recommend performance indicators related to Procurement Office
  • Ability to multi-task on various analytics projects at the same time. Define key analytics requirement, business impact and execution of projects
  • Expert in Procurement data flow
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001

Technical Competence:-

  • Hands on experience on data analytics tool
  • Strong project management experience & exposure to statistical tools
  • Excellent numerical accuracy, logical thinking and agility
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient in data science and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge in Power Point and Excel.
  • Experienced with Agile development methods, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Collaborator: Enjoys working with others and takes advantage of co-creating opportunities.


  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a track record of connecting data and forming conclusions are required.
  • Syndicated data analytics and statistical modelling comprehensiveness
  • Problem-solving strategy that focuses on solutions

  • To facilitate analysis and insights, a complete grasp of internal and external data sources is required.

Role and Responsibility:-

  • Analyse and present complex data into meaningful decision-making information
  • Create insights & solutions which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors
  • To have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and improve material availabilities
  • Requires transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement opportunities.
  • Improve existing processes based on frequent business partner feedback loop
  • Require alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Collaborate with all global process owners and conceptualize all procurement key performance indicators
