Job Description

We are looking for Solution Manager, Technical support Manufacturing who is responsible for development, Level 3 support, Problem Management, Continuous service improvement for Teamcenter Manufacturing process planner, EBOM, PBOM and Business interaction in own responsibility area

What will you be doing:-

  • Perform development for new enhancements (CIP), bugs fixing, or projects of Wärtsilä PDM/PLM system area
  • Development/Maintenance of Manufacturing related process in Teamcenter and Active Workspace
  • Provide the 3rd level support for specified areas/modules of PDM/PLM system
  • Involve in PDM/PLM Project deployment/implementation.
  • Maintain and create related technical or process documentation
  • Communicate with and inform relevant stakeholders concerning changes

You will shine in this role, when you have:-

  • Education: M.Sc., Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering or Sciences
  • 6+ years of Teamcenter configuration and customization experience
  • Min. 2~3 years of exp. in developing and configuring TC MPP module
  • Strong configuration and debugging skill in Teamcenter Dispatcher with various CAD translation
  • Strong configuration and debugging skill in Teamcenter-SAP integration
  • Experience in Easy plan is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Manufacturing process, Data flow and BOM concepts.
  • TC customization is a Plus.
  • Has experience in DevOps & Agile methodology.
  • Has strong communication, presentation and personal skills
  • Has fluent written and spoken English
  • Is Proactive with Problem solving, decision making & has customer-oriented mindset.
