Solar Manufacturing Engineer

• PV panel manufacturing.
• Built and design of PV panels.
• Materials and Bill of Materials used in PV panels.
• Lead PV panel manufacturing machinery and manage manufacturing technicians.
• Identify and select suppliers for bill of materials used in PV panels.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering – Minimum required.

Experience:-

• Min 2-5 years of experience working in manufacturing environment.
• Capability in designing fixtures and equipment preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Solar related experience desired but not required.

Location:-

• Hyderabad, India.

Required Skills:-

• Ability to prepare Control Plans, PFMEA.
• Ability to prepare the BOM, Item codes and control the change management process.
• Expertise in fabrication techniques, distortion control, fixturing and positioning of weldments.
• Experience in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and value stream mapping will be added advantage.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• The candidate shall have very strong project management, interpersonal skills.
