Job Description

  • To ensure RCA & CAPA for major failures of Asset and horizontal deployment
  • To ensure and achieve asset performance Target KPI like, Availability, LPF, MTTR, MTBF, Reliability Factor, cost of maintenance, quality of service, Revenue loss etc
  • To monitor the actual performance parameter Vs contractual of each asset and follow up with respective OEM for applicable LD/incentive if any
  • To ensure AHA & reliability audits for our operational plants
  • To build and develop long term strategy for maintenance of assets which are out of warranty
  • To ensure repowering of plants, exploring & evaluation of new technology deployed at site
  • To ensure technical support to operation team for major breakdowns
  • To develop strategy for O&M spares across fleet and support to SCM team for defining SLA and evaluation for capability of vendors
  • To define SLA with asset OEM to be finalized for future projects
  • To ensure close loop feedback to EPC team for asset performance and reliability as lesson learnt
  • To impart technical training to operation team and develop champions at state/region level
  • To ensure specialized/condition-based testing of assets and monitor the health status of each asset.
  • To prepare monthly report for asset reliability, evaluation of technology deployed at site, asset ranking, RCA & CAPA etc and presenting to senior management
  • To develop strategy for reduction in O&M cost specifically inventory cost optimisation.
