Job Description

Local Unit & Position Description:-

As Supply Chain Social Audit Manager, you would have:-

Planning Project Resources:-

  • Making a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy.

Assembling and Leading Project Team:-

  • Take a leadership role with an existing team or create one and assign them tasks and deadlines, give them the tools to collaborate.

Time Management:-

  • Define, schedule, and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.

Budget:-

  • Must monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget. If those figures are off, you must adjust accordingly.

Quality and Satisfaction:-

  • Constant communications with stakeholders, reporting on progress and being open to their feedback to keep them happy and coming back with future projects.

Manage Issues and Risk:-

  • You must figure out beforehand what the risks are and set in place a plan of action if they in fact occur.

Monitoring Progress:-

  • Must constantly measure it and compare those metrics against the plan and adjust or reallocate resources to accommodate these changes.

Reporting and Documentation:-

  • On time project performance reporting to Line Management including documentation, along with all paperwork, must be collected, signed off on and archived by the during/end of a project.

Participating in Supply Chain Social Assessment:-

  • Supply Chain Audits & projects as & when required by the organization.

Sales Coordination:-

  • Meeting Key Customers, Liaison with Customer Representatives on day-to-day basis, seek business intelligence related to prospective sales, competitor’s analysis, customer project requirements.

Responsibilities:-

  • Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines.
  • Drive team to achieve project milestones and program implementation
  • Drive the solution thinking within the team.
  • Manage client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments.
  • Drive Knowledge Management, mentor & develop young consultants.

External/ Internal Relationship:-

  • Maintain effective external facing relationships to enhance the brand value while exhibiting good stake-holder management.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • We are looking for individuals with at least a bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, and MBA with Supply Chain /Operations Management.
  • 7-8 years of experience with excellent understanding of SCM requirements.
  • Professionals from Industrial Products domain, with experience in Assessment/ Consulting companies in the above-mentioned domain would be preferred.

Competency Requirement:-

  • ASCPA Level 3/CSCA Assessor along with minimum 5-6 years Social Audit/Assessment experience such as but not limited to URSA, SMETA, BSCI, RBA, WRAP etc.
  • Experience in working with – C- level executive clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong project planning and leadership.
  • Aspirational, persuasive and resilient.
