SoC AMS Engineer

Seeking highly motivated, energetic engineers willing to take the challenge of delivering the first pass success of complex microcontroller based SoCs and IPs. The work profile is as follows:-

• Analog Architecture of Automotive SoCs. This involves close interaction with global stake holders varying from
  • System Architects.
  • SoC & IP Design Engineers (Can’t think of a function we don’t interact with).
  • AEs/FAEs.
  • Silicon Validation Engineers (Bench/Tester).
  • PE/TEs.

• Analog-mixed signal (AMS) verification of IP/subsystems like:-
  • Power Management Controller (PMC)
    • Low Power Architectures.
    • Multiple Power domain Architectures.
  • Data Converters
    • Various types of ADCs like SAR & Delta-Sigma ADC.
    • Various types of DACs like Current steering & RDAC/CDAC.
  • Clocking (Oscillators & Clock Synthesizers like PLL/DFS).
  • Temperature Sensors.
  • Reference Generators.
  • Voltage & Clock Monitors.
  • Interfaces for various applications like USB, DDR, LVDS, LCD Drivers.

• Verilog-A/AMS modelling of various SoC components to ensure faster and still accurate simulations.
• Full Chip Spice (FCS) simulations with multi Million gates, in SPICE!!!!
  • Unique and rare skill across semiconductor industry (Yes, this needs a lot of skill and patience!!!).
• Active participation in lab/tester debug for ALL analog related defects/bugs.
• Customer support for all Analog related issues observed at their end.
