Site Incharge

Responsibilities:-

• Should be able to allocate the work among the workers/supervisors
• Should be able to expedite the work and find out the problem during execution
• Should have a good understanding of the site terminologies
• Should be able to understand the working methodology of crane/hydra/farana and their capacities
• Should be aware of the construction methods/ equipment/ materials such as RMC, Aggregate, shuttering, sand etc.
• Should have the good email writing skills
• Should be able to liaison with safety in charge and ensure that workers follow the safety protocols
• Should be able to envisage the future work and accordingly should identify the shortage of the materials
• Should be able to read the drawings and ensure that the work is executed as per the design
• Should prepare the daily progress report and submit it to the immediate reporting manager
• Responsible for ensuring regular maintenance of the company’s assets

Educational Requirements:-

• A degree in Civil/Mechanical or some similar discipline from a premium Institute with a minimum of four years of site experience

OR

• A diploma in civil/mechanical or some similar discipline from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6 years of site experience
• Candidate should have a basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc.
