Service Sales Lead - ICB/ICC Business

• Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
• Promote and sell after sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively. Prepare and follow-up quotations to secure orders. Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management, Previous sales experience required, The ability to negotiate with and influence others. Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time, depending on the position and sales role.

• Previous sales experience required. 8-10 years of overall experience in IBMS industry.

• Building Automation, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Gas suppression System

• Engineering Degree (preferred) or Diploma and preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation E &TC, Electrical

• Willingness to learn, Self-driven, Determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.
