Job Description

Your Tasks:-

  • Management of the After Sales Product and Process offering, from NPI till end of life
  • Product repair and upgrade management according to the agreed procedures
  • Perform Engineering Change Management and approvals in the After Sales phase
  • Technical customer communication management
  • Management and reporting of product performance (quality and cost)

Your Profile:-

  • Master degree or higher, preferably in mechanical or electromechanical engineering with 10-12 years industry experience
  • Years of relevant experience: Min 3 years of experience as Project-, product- or team manager, preferably in mechanical environment and with customer contacts;
  • Project Management skills
  • Mechanical and gearbox knowledge (technical) > product focus
  • Able to judge the technical and business impact of customer requirements
  • Strong customer communication skills

  • Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
