• Quality management for Software and System projects executed and ensuring the Quality
• assurance activities are carried like Process Definition, Process training, Process deployment,
• Management reporting, Process Compliance & Release checks and driving continuous
• improvement. Manages and secures product quality (incl. software quality and security upon
• requirement) through out the lifecycle Ensures that quality standards and quality requirements from
• customer are kept/decided/fulfilled/monitored and documented. Ensure the compliance of our internal
• product development processes. Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, problem solving RCA and
• 8D for customer complaints and process improvements

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.10+ years of work experience in Software Quality and
• Product Quality in embedded software/hardware products, preferably from Security critical domain
• like embedded solutions, semiconductor industry of BFSI domain.
• Candidate's profile
• Experienced in Agile Scrum methodology, preferably a certified scrum master. Very good knowledge
• on SW engineering practices. Knowledge on standards like Common Criteria/ISO 9001/ ISO 27001 is
• preferred. Experience in System projects could be an added advantage.
