Senior Specialist IO Layout design

• Good know how and hands on experience in various aspects of IO layouts and performing Layout verifications.
• Good understanding of the impact of the layout parasitic on the design
• Experience in layout Implementation for ESD / LU protection and integration.
• Good team player in a multi-site work environment
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills in physical verification domain.
• Programming skills with Perl and Cadence SKILL is a plus

Your Profile:-

• Layout design and development of the GPIO and application specific IO libraries on different technology/foundry nodes.
• Integration of ESD and Latchup requirements in layout
• Verification of the IO layout compatibility with IO ring and SOC level constraints .
• Independently debug issues in physical verifications like DRC , LVS , Antenna DRC etc
• Delivery of high quality I/O library EDA views to customers.
• Ensuring compliance with all Infineon Quality/Process practices for library development.
