Senior Solution Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Manages changes and new requirements within own functional area(s)
• SAP Configuration within own functional area(s)
• Makes solution proposals/ functional designs and prototypes/mock-ups and provide information in order to support decision making concerning the requirements in projects and enhancement requests
• Supports, consults and participates in operational development projects enhancing and optimising sales & distribution and customer service processes
• Agile team member
• Can act as scrum master / IM lead in larger Operational Development projects
• Participate in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects as per need
• Manages the documentation and test cases related to the functional developments they are assigned to
• Work in closed co-operation with Service manager, concept owners, solution architects, vendors and business stakeholders

Qualifications:-

• Education: B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
• Detailed experience, including functional configuration and implementation experience of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & SAP Customer Service (CS).
• SAP Fiori experience
• SAP S/4HANA experience is seen as an advantage
• Very good communication, presentation and cooperation skills in global environment
• Proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work
• Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills
• Knowledge of ITIL, project management, agile and service design is a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent written and spoken English
