Senior Process Engineer (CP)

Responsibilities:-

• This would involve frequesnt Travelling domestic/International.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of continuous polymerization (CP) plant
• Verification of constructed piping and equipment layout w.r.t. PFD and PID
• Stabilization and achieving designed throughput and quality of process after startup
• Coordination with mechanical, electrical, instrument, utility  in commissioning and start up of plant.
• Project progress monitoring, daily job planning for contractor’s workmen, work distribution,
• Coordination with PMC/ contractor and end client
• Perform tasks independently following safety regulations of self and team.
• Guiding and training customer’s process personnel & operators

Educational Qualification & Experience / Skills:-

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Chemical engineering from reputed institute having 7-10 years of Experience . Candidate must have experience of pre commissioning, commissioning, start up in CP projects.
• Should have worked in the capacity of site process engineer/ Lead process engineer.
• Should have worked in CP projects in responsible position for leading team in pre-commissioning, reactor & vessel calibrations, commissioning and start up
• Necessary- Familiar with polymer industry and Continuous Polymerization equipment and process.
• Conversant with DCS systems, CP process know how.
• Conversant with safety aspects of process during start up, shutdown and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CP raw materials, product recipes, chemical lab requirements and testing procedures, understanding test results.
• Process stabilization to deliver quality throughputs.
• Conversant with downstream processes.
• Understanding  equipment layout, P&ID, equipment erection drawings.
• Experience of handling and controlling contractor’s workmen
• Material management,
