Responsibilities:-
- Technical lead on carbon capture, flue gas treatment, liquefaction, and intermediate storage & transport projects.
- Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, and FEED studies including CAPEX and OPEX estimation.
- Planning, design, construction, and integration of Green Fuels/Power-to-X solutions.
- Guiding and supervising colleagues in process flow diagrams, calculations, P&IDs, and system designs.
- Safety assessments (HAZID/HAZOP). · Contributing to continuously enhancing our process design, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Taking responsibility for process design and optimization of Carbon capture projects.
Qualification and Experience:-
- B.Tech/ M.tech in Process/ Chemical engineering with more than 10 years of experience as a process engineer, preferably at least 2-3 years within Carbon Capture, Flue Gas Treatment, Acid recovery, Sour Water Striping, CO2 liquefaction green fuels or PtX technologies.
- Experience in biomass or waste-to-energy processes and/or cement projects.
- In-depth experience in some of the following areas: chemical/process engineering, power plants, chemical synthesis plants, pyrolysis, hydrothermal liquefaction or similar processes, refinery operations, and energy systems.
- Experience in Aspen Hysys, Pro/II or similar software is favorable.
- Excellent English language proficiency for composing complex technical documentation and talking with clients
