Senior/Principal Engineer – Utility Scale Solar Power Projects

Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and develop our Middle East Utility Scale Solar Power capability
  • Deliver feasibility and concept design for solar power projects
  • Delivering advisory, technical due diligence or owner’s engineer projects for solar, green hydrogen (using solar) and solar associated BESS projects including required econometric assessment.
  • Consideration electrical BOP/transmission or distribution connection of Solar projects.
  • Developing and building upon relationships with clients & partners to assist with tendering and pipeline activities including growth and recruitment activities.
  • Overviews the entire project (within disciplines) from and engineering viewpoint while maintaining an open approach to all problems

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelors or Masters Qualifications in electrical engineering or renewable engineering
  • Experience in delivering some of the following:  Feasibility, advisory and technical due diligence, pre-FEED or owner’s engineering services for grid or utility scale Solar Power Plant
  • Experience HV Power Systems and Substation experience desirable
  • Demonstrate ownership and leadership to develop and build a successful team and pipeline of works.
  • A proactive, client focused, team oriented & results driven attitude
