Job Description

WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates to join the Conservations Products Division team as Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Conservation Products & E-Channel.


  • Build up the E-Comm competency of Conservation Products portfolio
  • Work closely with the Corporate and Retail teams to have optimal market reach.
  • Analyse, monitor and update Product Portfolio on all parameters- pricing, margins, inventory.
  • Responsible for the E-Comm operation of the Conservation Products division
  • Co-ordinate closely with communications team to have aligned stories for the products.
  • Create a coordinated communications support plan and calendar: in co-ordination with the Social Media teams.
  • Work with external suppliers, e-commerce platforms, and network resources to deliver business.
  • Ensure the WWF brand template and guidelines are followed.

Qualifications and experience:-

  • University Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, including the running of an e-store (experience in working with E-Commerce majors like Amazon and Flipkart is an asset)
  • Practical experience in understanding E-commerce – interface Flipkart and Amazon platforms will be a plus.

Desired skills and Abilities:-

  • Basic P&L understanding.
  • Buy Side/ Key Account Management and Sell Side Experience.
  • Ability to negotiate and work effectively with external vendors.
  • Conversant with E-commerce and business software packages.
  • Strong market orientation
  • A creative mindset and the ability to work well under pressure, completing tasks efficiently, and handling tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.
  • Ability to work with various divisions of WWF and willingness to absorb broader organizational goals of conservation an sustainability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
