Senior Manager - Module Production

Incumbent shall be responsible for production targets of Module plant & various developmental activities in module lines, in addition to shop floor control, to increase production throughput and Yield parameters.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for Proper Manpower handling for Production line.
• Handling of Entire Production Line of GW scale
• Ensuring day wise & shift wise volume as per ABP targets.
• Scheduling variant wise products as per the dispatch meeting CRDD (Customer requirement delivery date)
• Responsible for Machine Up time / OEE/MTBF.
• Manpower Selection and Training and development of the associates at Shop Floor.
• Responsible for process improvement.
• Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures.
• Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS: 18001.
• Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme.

Job Specifications:-

• Age Group: 35 -40 Years
• Total Experience: - 20 - 22 Years
• Essential Qualification: B.Tech / BE
