Senior Manager – HSE

Responsible for maintaining the EHS management system and EHS culture.

Planning & Implementation:-

• Coordination with all SBU and implement EHS process across the business.
• Check the compliance for Corporate / Legal / Project EHS requirements.
• Support line management in implementing Integrated Management system (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Drive EHS Scoring system across the KEC businesses and set define KRA for SBU.
• Responsible for visiting at least the pre-defined number of projects to ensure the required corporate/legal/project compliances.
• Take suitable actions to close the non-compliances with the active help of the Project team.
• Monitoring Monthly reporting through Digital Platform Raksha app.
• Continuous enhancement of Raksha Safety App by including new features.
• Providing support to the tender team by providing EHS requirements as defined in the tender document.
• Incident report to concern authorities/corporate EHS and involve in the incident investigation to find CAPA. Tracking of CAPA across the SBU’s.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the project/unit-related rules defined in the EHS plan, revise as necessary and take appropriate actions in the event of non-compliance.
• Drive promotional activities like NSC, WED, other related EHS.
• Ensure full implementation of KEC guidelines and work instructions at SBU’s.
• Define and implement an EHS Subcontractor audit program to monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
• Monitor fulfilment of EHS contractual requirements established with the Subcontractors.
• Conduct EHS Workshop & Training for employees, contractors, and other concerns.
• Coordinate EHS activities of manufacturing locations.
• Coordination with SAE Brazil & Mexico EHS team for implementation of EHS best practices.

Supervising:-

• Audit/ inspect the work area and guide to follow environmental methods of work practice to eliminate the unsafe condition, unsafe acts, and protect the environment or minimize pollution.
• Deliver training and review the effectiveness of the training conducted.
• Advise on matters related to carrying out Project EHS Inspections.
