- Networking with the Client, Consultant and the PMC for generating enquiries.
- Commercial and technical evaluation of tender as per SOP.
- Floating enquiries to various vendors.
- Evaluation of techno-commercial offer from the vendors and identify the best suitable offers by negotiating with the Vendors.
- Interaction with the Consultant / Customer for the clarifications on the technical requirements.
- Estimation and Costing of Fire Fighting & PHE projects.
- Preparation of techno-commercial offer.
- Visiting site and making site visit report.
- Risk and opportunity assessment and mitigation plan.
- Attend techno – commercial meetings with the Consultant and the Customer.
- Preparation of JTS, ZBOQ and uploading.
- Interaction with the internal stake holders to compete the job transfer process after award of the contract.
Qualification:-
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Should have good knowledge in Fire Fighting- Pump Room and Pump Set, Hydrant Piping, Landing Valves, Sprinkler System, Fire Extinguishers and Water Curtain System.
- Additional Courses in Fire Fighting/Plumbing, through recognized institution would be an added advantage.
Experience:-
- Min 5 - 6 Experience in Tendering /Sales in Plumbing /Fire Fighting Area in MEP/Construction Industry.
- Must be computer literate, knowledge of MS office & CRM, SAP and AUTOCAD is required.
- Should have good product knowledge.
