- Delivering the individual assigned order booking/sales targets for solar PV modules.
- Creating and developing key accounts and market channels for PV module sales India a across the Utility scale and Commercial and Industrial segments.
- Managing and participating in external facing activities, including customer engagement, pipeline origination and transaction negotiations.
- Supporting internal functions like Legal, Finance and Order Management for post order support towards negotiation of Letters of Credit/ coordinating pre-dispatch inspection and documentation with the customers.
- Working with other internal functions like product management, technical sales and market communications to develop targeted product offerings.
- Contributing to market/industry assessment and analysis for the India region, including competitor and customer assessment, pricing and demand analysis, regulatory, political and policy assessment.
- Assisting in the development of a comprehensive annual market participation strategy, outlining the full-year business development and sales strategy.
Qualification and Experience:-
- A graduate level qualification, with at-least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a sales/commercial/customer facing role in the renewable energy space.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills; significant attention to detail.
- Experience in an external facing role, including customer relationship development and management, negotiation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a successful track record as a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and multi-task a variety of activities including cross-functional interaction at an internal level.
- A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress.
- Solar experience, technical and quantitative finance skills a plus.
