Senior Engineer-Project Execution

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Verifying all the Drawing to release for execution. Familiarity to IEC / IS codes of equipment and safety protocols.
• Ensure Electrical work as per approved drawings.
• Ensure Electrical work as per approved schedule.
• HOTO ( Timely closure of punch points and handover all related documents to AM team)
• Supervising of SCADA work and Communication Protocol scheme, ensuring strong Knowledge of Plant Earthing schemes.
• Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy
• IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation.
• Inspection, testing & reporting of non-conformities in consultation with designated authorities as well as approved FQPs.
• Field documentation by compiling all relevant data for equipment, cables etc. before commissioning and ensuring the correctness for charging the equipment.

Deliverables:-

• Adherence to the project schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion.
• Completion of projects in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date.
• Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at field level.
• Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period by the assigned contractors.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:-

• Education: 3 years Diploma Engg / B.E / B-tech Engg.
• Experience: 5-8yrs
• Execute a project Sub-team to meet the needs of the project in Time execution of the scheduled activity.
• Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing, preparing BOQ and approved by the customer as per survey
• Ensure quality execution as per the design Standard.
• Preparation of Project progress, MIS reports & Updating respective authority about progress of projects
• Factory inspection for testing of various electrical Equipment’s.
• Managing vendors at site level for quality work execution.
• Measurement and Bill Certification with clients & Contractors.
• Bills checking & verification

• Team Lead, Site In charge, Planning &Contractors.
• Asset Management team during HOTO process.
