Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for all aspects of Asset Due Diligence – operational, technical, regulatory, performance related & other aspects.
- Responsible for handling external generation/ performance related queries & visits – Lenders, Investors, internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, grid, and contractual reporting requirements.
- New project stabilization – track performance issues & underlying factors, PVSyst validation, Performance Acceptance Test etc.
- Collect, validate, and analyse non-routine operational/commercial data across multiple sites.
- Track key operational parameters such as PR (Performance Ratio), CUF (Capacity Utilization Factor), and plant availability on weekly/ monthly/ annual basis.
Qualificationa and Experience:-
- B.E./B.Tech-Electrical
- Experience- 2-5 years
Mandatory:-
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, O&M and asset management teams.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, organizing, reporting & inter-personal skills.
- Familiarity with solar PV technology, inverters, SCADA, and monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of KPIs such as PR, CUF, and energy yield assessment.
Desirable skills:-
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or other data visualization tools) desired.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
