Senior Engineer/ Asst. Manager – Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Professional, person shall be responsible for Procurement, Contract Management, Delivery Management based at Gurgaon, India, and will be part of our India Business team working towards our vision – Improving Company’s future!

Roles & Responsibilities:-

You shall perform following SCM functions including but not limited to:

• Supply Chain management, Contracts, MIS Reporting.
•  Comprehensive Contract Management, inter department coordination and Vendor relationship management.
• Deep understanding of Contracts, POs, WOs, Compliances, Quality etc. Contract negotiation & Preparation of Contracts with vendors / suppliers for Solar Power Project major and minor equipment including BOPin view of all legal, commercial & technical aspects.
• Preparation of work procedure for monitoring of Supply/Service activities on post order management, material control plan, Inspection coordination & expediting including mobilization, claim settlements & dispute resolutions etc.
• Support in preparation of Purchase/ Works order against finalised vendors.
• Tracking, reporting and follow ups on the dispatched material and vehicles for timely delivery at site.
• Regular update with tracker on deliveries and completion schedule for each stage.
• Co-ordinate with QA inspection Team and Vendors for all compliances and timely issuance of MDCC.
• Vendor data and performance management, monitor and measure suppliers’ performance and re-evaluation.
• Analyse responses to bid requests and RFPs, identify and summarize commercial differences, and makes.
• preparation of BBU, processing payments, project-wise cash out-flow plans, follow-up collecting documents like warranty certificate, test report, ABG & PBG, warranty management, Imports and custom clearances etc.

Qualification and Educational Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in a related field (Preferably electrical engineer or MBA in Supply Chain)
• Experience in supply chain management of Energy Industry experience preferred renewables (solar, wind or energy storage) highly desired

Technical Expertise:-

• Should have strong network among suppliers.
• Understanding of Contract Management and Project Management
• Interdepartmental coordination, Quality and Compliance Management
