Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for growing and building relationships with customers from Mumbai region Of India to increase ACT products and solutions business volume
- Meeting / Exceeding set Booking Targets, Gross Profit and Goals for the respective Financial Year
- Set Strategy for business growth, implement and drive result.
- Own all Valve OEM accounts to lead and win Projects
- Engage early with the End users and/or engineering consultants in the FEED / Planning phase of projects to drive preference for ACT through influencing specifications, technology and solutions differentiation messaging.
- Work closely with Emerson multi-BU India organization to create more opportunities to win and capture installed base.
- Products focus would be to sell Biffi, Bettis, EIM, Rack & Pinion (brands such as Bettis, Hytork etc) with complete (VOS) Valve operating system & Emerson make Gear Boxes
- Expand customers coverage by identifying new customers and new applications with existing customers.
- Promote and drive new products and solutions with End Users.
- Support end users for their Outage, Plant level, and replacement opportunity.
- Map and increase installed base of ACT products in the region.
- Focus on Water Treatment, Sewerage treatment, irrigation projects in your region & promote ACT products especially electrical actuators and gear boxes.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:-
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering / science discipline with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Other degree holder with minimum of 12-15 years of experience of directly selling in the process Automation Industry and On Off Valves industry
- Strong knowledge and experience with End Users, Engineering Consultants and VOEMs
- Based on relevant experience suitable job positions will be decided
Experience Required:-
- Prior experience working knowledge in valves and actuators industry will be preferable
- Prior experience working with government entities like ONGC, BPCL< IOCL will be an added advantage
- Disciplined financial reporting is must
- Commit and own monthly, quarterly and yearly booking numbers in line with target
- Should have experience working with Matrix organization & understand multiple reporting levels
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking
- Possesses good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Have integrity and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with determination to succeed and ability to meet deadline
