Job Description

As a member of the Campaign Strategy and Messaging team, the Campaign Strategist will develop integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns on behalf of UL. This position handles planning and delivering campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads and increase customer loyalty within South Asia and Middle East regions. To be successful in this role, you challenge the “marketing status quo” and work cross-functionally to develop, manage, and optimize effective campaigns spanning multiple services across South Asia and Middle East.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and organized self-starter who thrives on delivering results. Experienced in selecting the right mix of marketing tactics to meet and exceed business goals, while also making the best use of resources and budget, you manage multiple concurrent projects and excel at addressing challenges along the way.

Responsibilities:-

  • Translates regional needs into marketing campaign strategies that align with global enterprise priorities and contribute to business growth.
  • Develops and manages marketing campaigns end-to-end, including marketing channel choice, budgeting, project management, and optimization.
  • Leads campaign kick-off and review meetings with UL’s internal marketing channel experts.
  • Maintains an understanding of UL’s marketing capabilities and their application and leads cross-functional alignment on company goals and target audience.
  • Promotes a “OneUL” marketing approach by supporting campaigns with localization in alignment with global enterprise priorities.
  • Monitors campaign performance, incorporates A/B testing opportunities and adjusts marketing mix to achieve campaign goals and improve ROI.
  • Applies understanding of customer, product, and industry/market trends to campaign strategies.
  • Manages agencies and contractors when the necessary skills are not available in-house.
  • Coordinates web and social media strategy including website/account migration, content planning and content localization.
  • Leads strategy and planning for large scale regional brand awareness events.

What makes you a great fit:-

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience developing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience planning, building, and executing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience using analytics to assess campaign performance and deliver results.
  • Experience working within and effectively navigating a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent English and Hindi language communication skills needed.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
