RTI India Recruitments Senior Associate - Energy Job in New Delhi, India

Technical:-

Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support key stakeholders in EV landscape on electric mobility planning and deployment, business viability of EV charging infrastructure, financing charging infrastructure, feasibility of RE based charging infrastructure
Support in technical, operational and implementation guidelines for fixed charging and battery swapping stations
Lead project delivery on specific deliverables / engagements assigned by the Supervisor, within stipulated timeline, stretching when needed
Take ownership and independent charge of developing knowledge of assigned topics, and further, developing the assigned deliverables based on research (desk and primary research), data analysis and field work (like interaction with various players / stakeholders / citizens, site visits, inspections, etc.)
Demonstrate expertise in writing reports, making presentations and interacting with clients.
Assist in new business development with target clients by preparing proposals/concept notes
Contribute towards thought leadership in his/her area of expertise/ interest
Organize and participate in knowledge-transfer activities including collaborative meetings and workshops

Other responsibilities (Program Assistance):-

Assist with project implementation including preparing quarterly reports/review reports, preparing presentations, factsheets and other communication material
Assist team for organization of events, webinars related to E mobility (whenever needed)
Develop cordial & working relationship with stakeholders for timely access to data
Develop and maintain client connect and relationship for existing clients, under Supervisor’s guidance
Travel to Kakinada, Madhya Pradesh on regular basis for porject implementation.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:-

Masters Degree in any related field or B tech with minimum 4 years of experience in electric mobility across consulting, advisory/ research in electric public transport and charging infrastructure. Professional experience in reputed companies, ideally in research or consulting would be preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:-

Well versed with technical, operational aspects of EVs (E buses and E3Ws), charging infrastructure viability, location assessment, grid impacts of EV, RE charging with EV
Experience in financial analysis, undertaking detailed calculations, liaising with financial experts, industry professionals and other external stakeholders to produce insights on the business viability and the financing requirement for scaling up public charging infrastructure
Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability to evaluate issues from many angles
Experience in the development of technical proposals and reports.
Good Team player + clear communicator – Candidate can communicate with people at all levels and communicate clearly. Comfortable collaborating across teams and with members.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
Ability to travel as per project requirements.
