Senior Application Operation Engineer-SAP(PI/PO)

This position is for SAP  CPI /SAP PO (Cloud Platform Integration/ Process Orchestration) SME in the SAP DevOps team at Baker Hughes. The individual will be responsible for handling multiple existing integrations and will be involved in design, development and review of new integration projects.

As a Senior Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:-

• Supporting delivery related to integrations in  multiple ERPs and  integrated applications environment.
• Owning SAP Middleware domain; involved in solutioning, designing, building, testing and documentation of integrations.
• Driving standardization, best practices and optimization initiative
• Proactively work with project managers and 3rd party integration team to resolve issues; closure on business & technical issues.
• Taking complete accountability of quality of solution delivered by project and partner teams.

To be successful in this role you will:-

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Business Management with minimum 10 years of SAP work experience.
• 8 plus years of experience in designing, development and implementation of complex integration scenarios using SAP PI/ PO and cross component BPM.
• Two years of experience in designing, development and implementation of complex integration in SAP CPI.
• Should be familiar with ABAP including ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC FM, PROXY
• Good understanding on SAP PO and CPI architecture ;able to derive the reusable components and best practices.
• Configuration and Administration of  PI Components - SAP Web AS ABAP/Java, Adapter Engine & iFlow, monitoring, alert configuration, NWDS.
• SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO certified
