- Coordinate for effective implementation and sustenance of QMS in line with international standards ISO 9001:20015(E).
- Support the core activities like engineering, project management and customer service management with regards to Quality role as defined.
- Conduct & Coordinate for internal, external audits with regards to quality as required.
- Support the project team with guidance on process improvement tools (Root Cause analysis, Process Improvement Initiatives, Best in Class Practices, Visual Management System etc) to achieve relevant business objectives.
- Coordinate for customer satisfaction survey, reporting results, identify corrective and preventive actions and follow up implementation with project teams.
- Support business metrics consolidation on monthly basis & appraise the status as suitable to leadership team.
- Coordinate with project leads & team members as required for effective implementation of Org procedures & QMS.
- Ensure that customer concerns are logged and resolved by the resolution owner and awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Liaise with third party (including certification body) on matters relating to the QMS.
- Review and initiate necessary changes to the quality system and its procedures for improvement as deemed appropriate by the management.
Qualification And Experience:-
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality field.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, preferred Six Sigma GB certified.
- Experience in Quality/Process Improvement Tools: L6S, 7Q tools, FMEA, VSM, APQP/PPAP.
- Knowledge on basic statistical analysis & illustrations.
- Ability to achieve business competitive excellence through process improvement, decision making & problem solving tools
- Software Skills: MS-Office (mainly: excel, word & power point) MS-Visio, Minitab.
- Preferred to have EH&S, Lean, 5S, Lean six sigma green belt certification.
