Inspection & approval on stage passes with all QA documents as per specification i.e., for roads crusts like Embankment top, Subgrade top, GSB top, WMM top, wearing course.
Review the provision towards quality assurance and carry out quality control tests as specified in technical specification during construction period.
Review the field-testing results and order removal and substitution of substandard materials and/or works as required.
Review of daily production report, monthly quality reports and assure the frequency of tests conducted as per the approved ITP and specification.
Review and approve 10% in daily construction activity log(RFI Summary) independently.
Carry out surveillance inspection of ongoing construction work at various locations in the project
Review of all longitudinal and cross-sectional drawings and working on probable quantities to establish quantum of relevant tests to be performed.
Review of Project schedule and Milestones to understand the sequences and tests to be performed on each month and track accordingly.
Review DPR, WPR and MPR and comments as desired on regular basis.
Conducting meetings by weekly basis with all stake holders and circulate the MOM within 24 Hours.
Maintaining Project Quality Photographs on daily basis and circulate within the team.
Establish and issue Non-Confirmatory Reports to executing agency if any deviation observed and further opt compliances within stipulated period.
Reporting to Team Leader, Project Manager within the team on regular basis.
Recommend feasible value-added process/ people/ material for Quality improvement.

12 years of professional experience in Highways & Bridges construction works supervision and quality control, testing of construction materials.
