Job Description

You will be working as Quality Engineer – LV panels, reporting to Project Manager for Electrification business area, Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for completing assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements

Responsibilities:-

  • Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to identify and select enclosure part to build power enclosure panel
  • Implementing ArTuK stage inspection and final inspection procedures and ensuring that it is being followed by partners
  • Creating work plans and cost estimates in own area of responsibility and ensuring quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost
  • Improving effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions
  • Verifying or inspecting the Artu-k panel in line with standards and type tested assembly
  • Supporting integrators in preparing the GA drawing with respect to ArTu K design requirement, review of the documents submitted by system integrators
  • Identifying, reporting and implementing actions to improve safety and integrity within our area of responsibility

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LV switchgear involving in MCC, PCC, IMCC, comprising components like ACB, MCCB, Soft Starters, VFD, ATS, Transformer Bus duct
  • Knowledge about design of electrical control panels according to relevant standards like IEC 61439, IEC 60204, IEC 61921
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
