QSE Sr Engineer

Global QSE directs the global approach to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in Vestas throughout the value chain. The function supports both very strategic & operational QSE tasks, leads towards achieving the QSE goals and targets, as well as directs the Global Management System and its certification against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

QSE Global Development & Excellence is a global function under Global QSE with focus on directing group wide Management systems, HSE Analysis, QSE Performance Management, Six sigma & Continuous Improvement. People are located in India & direct global activities collaborating with the regional QSE resources and all other functions across globe.

Responsibilities:-

• Developing QSE reporting solutions and delivering as per agreed timelines.
• Hands on in data analysis
• Improving data maturity by identifying the gaps in the process
• Guiding the organization in establishing globally established & lagging indicators.
• Compliance with reference to QSE standards, processes and tools in the relevant area and update stakeholders.
• Identification of improvements and implementing to improve department productivity & Quality and reduction in cost.
• Identify best practice from similar industries and develop further to suit Vestas need.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Electrical with min 10 years of experience
• Performance reporting high management
• Experience in Manufacturing industry will be added advantage

Competencies:-

• Experience in handling Non conformance, Incident, safety walk , IMS audit tools
• Good knowledge on excel tool able to write macros
• SAP operating system
• Power BI tool
• Inquisitive skills
• Good communication skills
