QMS Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Define and deploy HSE tactical plan in alignment with global strategy and initiatives
• Define and support implementing Quality management systems operational priorities for global manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO4500, legal requirement, business processes, guidelines and Vestas policies
• Support and deployment of effective internal audit process
• Encourage Zero injury culture and Safety performance to world class levels
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders and QSE teams
• Setting goals, delegation, coaching / developing functional expertise

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 15 years of experience in multinational organization out of which 5 years in people leadership handling QMS and HSE
• Experience in developing and conducting various quality audit plans, QMS, ISO, VDA etc.
• Hands-on experience in project management tools / six sigma / Lean methodology is desirable

• Hands on experience in deployment & implementation of various audit & GEMBA across value chain
• Ability to work across organizational and geographic boundaries in an international environment
• Ability to build consensus and support while resolving conflict and resistance
• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet and engage stakeholders across value chain and at different corporate levels
