QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Testing of material as per approved ITP.
• Conducting weekly quality walkthrough and day to day site inspection.
• Preparing fortnightly and monthly quality report
• Ensuring toolbox talk are conducted by Site Engineers
• Setting-up quality management system and overseeing implementation of quality policy throughout the organization.
• Reviewing quality assurance procedures, inspection manuals/report and conforming as per the standards.
• Taking stringent quality measures including preparing/maintaining of necessary documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards and customer requirements.
• Conducting internal audits periodically to assess the status of documentation and implementation of procedures and systems as per QMS at all stages of process.
• Evaluating client’s complaints and taking necessary corrective action.
• Liaising with relevant authorities/agencies for the latest updates on standards.
• Directing, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations in view of quality.
• Creating and sustaining dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivating high performance amongst team members.
• Providing effective control of all incoming project materials.
• Focusing on preventive measures based on lessons learned from various previous projects and effective reduction of non-conforming activities/materials.
• Maintaining an effective communication and good relationship with consultants and client representatives for technical submittal approvals.

Qualification And Experience:-

• You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional body.
• You have experience in QA/QC management.
• You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
• You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
• You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
