Project Manager – Solar EPC (Design & Execution)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and on-site execution
• Review and validate solar PV system designs for rooftop (and future utility-scale) systems
• Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimations, and detailed project budgets
• Ensure high-quality installations that are engineered for long-term performance under our generation guarantee commitments
• Supervise field teams, coordinate with procurement and design departments
• Liaise with clients, DISCOMs, and internal teams for smooth project approvals and commissioning
• Monitor site safety, quality compliance, and timely delivery

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Graduate/B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Systems
•  6–10 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC (rooftop experience is essential)
•  Experience in industrial C&I rooftop projects is a must
• Strong knowledge of PV system design tools (AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVsyst preferred)
• Excellent understanding of net metering regulations, DISCOM procedures, and O&M readiness
• Ability to manage timelines, costs, teams, and technical quality independently

Location Preference:-

• Only candidates who are permanent residents of Haryana or Delhi NCR will be considered
• Must be comfortable working and travelling in Tier-2 industrial zones all across Haryana.
