Project Manager

The Project Manager will utilize project management techniques and business and IT knowledge, lead projects from origination through alternative analysis to implementation, ensuring that project goals support the business case and effectively manage sponsor expectations. The role will interact with a wide variety of stakeholder across Koch Companies. The Project Manager must have the ability to communicate at varying levels of details depending on the audience, as well as be flexible in their project management approach (technique). The candidate will be relied upon to execute critical, economic thinking skills with little supervision. Must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to apply the right level of discipline and controls to project scope, risks, resources, schedules, and costs.

Responsibilities:-

• Utilize project management knowledge to lead FT projects spread across diverse domain of Infra, Security, Development projects.
• Create project proposals, obtain approvals & further plan & deliver project deliverables.
• Gather and lead project teams of varying size and complexity
• Development and execution of Project Plans
• Regular reporting on the status of multiple projects in-flight
• Participates in initial discussions to assess value of project and impact to broader business strategy
• Coordinates with the business and other IT departments to develop and maintain working relationships

Qualifications And Experience:-

• 5+ years of experience in a project management type role responsible for leading technology, HR, or process change projects
• Proven ability to take an assertive approach to drive project teams to meet commitments
• Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives and use economic analysis to facilitate decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communication at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills enabling the ability to achieve business objectives while ensuring attention to details
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Bachelor level degree or higher degree
• PMP Certification
• Demonstrated leadership versatility with the ability to recognize and adapt leadership style to maximize results
• Experience in leading multiple projects strategically.
• Technology, and/or business background
• Infra/Application Development background
• Experience implementing mid to large scale projects
• Familiarity with a variety of Project Management techniques including Agile, Waterfall, Kanban
• Experience leading geographically dispersed project teams
