- Identify required requirements, specifications on process/ product/ technology to create inspection grid, inspection reports.
- Create a detailed development activity planning. (following NSD process, and meeting project leadtime constraints)
- Analyze the collected documents to identify critical requirements, and list deliverables specifications to be created.
- Create new services deliverables as per defined goals, specifications, timing, budget. (Prototype, MVP)
- Test and verify new services deliverables for qualification
- Onboard operation pilot project team
- Define and monitor pilot phase qualification plan (test, verification)
- Write internal documents for execution of new service, (SOP, WI, trainings, etc.)
- Train STS teams on new services deliverables
- Responsible to update reporting and communicate on the project status and KPIs.
