TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.
Responsibilities:-
Responsible for ensuring project management compliance to LeanPD (v2) processes and verifying process rigor for project governance, documentation, and project health.
Supports Project Mangers/ core team members:-
- Preparation of several reports such as conduct project audits, metric reports or time reporting.
- In the preparation of gate reviews
- In adopting new processes & templates
By providing training on LeanPD methodology and TE Project (PMIS) to new Project Owners
Project Approval Committee (PAC) facilitation and PMO Activities for TE AUT EMEA team:-
- Preparation of agenda, perform project desk audits and ensure document readiness.
- Schedule & facilitate weekly PAC meetings and document PAC decisions.
- Ensures PAC and teams are prepared for project review.
- Tracks actions, decisions and metrics.
- Flags portfolio and pipeline issues ahead of time and facilitates that discussion.
Feedback team members & PAC on potential problems and drive continuous improvements.
Support managements with project dash boards (financials, milestones, resource)
Qualification:-
