Collaborate with various SME’s, technical & functional teams to assess, design, deploy and manage project execution.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with required quality, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate resource availability and allocation for the seamless execution of projects.
Responsible for Measuring project and team performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage Proof of Concepts to help the program& recognize the feasibility including new age technologies.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Ensuring the Project meets the Goals and metrics set for the year
Support Engineering manger in realizing the long term vision and in new technology drives

Qualifications:-

B.E / B.Tech / M.E/ M.tech in Electronics / E&C/ CS / IT
10+ years of experience with below skills

Additional Information:-

Mandatory:-

Proven working experience in project management in automotive software domain
Good hands on experience of managing small or medium projects.
Prior experience of MPP is a must.
Experience with Project Management practices like project estimation and scheduling.
Familiar with Automotive software development.
Ability to lead people, business process and business objectives.
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Added advantage:-

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
