Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of expertise in large infrastructure projects within the solar manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale projects while ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget. Proficiency in Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and management is a must.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage large infrastructure projects related to solar cell/module manufacturing plants.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless project execution.
• Oversee site development, civil works, electrical, and mechanical installations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in solar manufacturing.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project KPIs, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous process improvements in project management for efficient execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields (MBA in Project Management is a plus).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects (preferably in solar/renewable energy).
• Strong expertise in Primavera (P6) & MS Project for scheduling, planning, and tracking.
• Experience in EPC project management, site execution, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of solar plant infrastructure, utilities, and industrial automation.
