Project Management & Execution Engineer

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Monitoring execution activities with all associates.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Interacting daily with associates/ supplier and customers  to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Timely getting offer for bought out items.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project head and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Post ordering expediting to ensure timely deliveries.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow up with all service agencies for follow of dispatch/ export the materials and preparation of required documents.
• Good skills on Internet/ search engine for finding any industrial equipment manufacturer/ providers.

Requirements:-

• Proven working experience as a Project Execution expert.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Commercial knowledge needed for project deliveries in Domestic and in Export.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Decision making ability and leadership skills.
• Time management and organization skills.
