Project Engineer – FEA

Skill Requirements:-

• Experience of carrying out linear and non-linear stress analysis, Thermal analysis and Dynamic analysis (Modal and forced response).
• Good understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory and practices.
• Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate loads and boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
• Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining.
• Team player.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• BE / B Tech/ ME / MTech (Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering)
• Experience: 1 to 6 Years
• Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
• Good proficiency in one or more FEA tools: ANSYS, ANSYS Workbench, MSC/Nastran
• Exposure to pre-processing / post-processing tools such as HyperMesh, MSC/Patran
